We do coffee because we love coffee!!! All our baristas are
fully trained in the art of espresso, we adjust our grinders
to compensate for relative humidity and all our machines are
cleaned and back-flushed several times daily. But most importantly
we use only the highest quality estate Arabica Beans, grown
at altitudes greater than 4000ft between the tropic of Cancer
and the tropic of Capricorn:
Columbian Supremo: Heavy bodied rich simple and solid
Guatemalan Antiguan: Dark chocolate with smoke spice and fruit
Costa Rican Tarrazu: Tangy, sweet and consistent
Brazilian Monte Alegre: Nutty with low acidity
Our decaf is a Central American blend decaffeinated using the
Swiss water method.
We also stock a great range of single origins and Barista Blends
created by our top Baristas.* All available in 250g, 500g and
1kg as whole bean or ground to suit your brewing method of choice.
