Roasting
At Dancing Bean we are fanatical about our beans. That's why we roast them ourselves.
The only way we can be absolutely sure of the integrity of our blends is if we are in control from the sourcing of the green bean until the end of the roasting process.
We consider ourselves a boutique micro roaster. The only beans allowed in our warehouse are the best of the best. Only "Top Estate Arabicas" allowed.
As for roasting these "Top Estate Beans" we choose to roast them long and slow to develop the best character possible. We know you will be able to tell the difference.
Talking about roasting. For those of you who are into it, you need to know that we "Post Blend" all our beans. That means that the single origin bean is roasted to it's individual peak and blended after roasting to create our unique blends. You would be amazed at the different roasting curve between one bean and the next.
So come on in and taste the difference. While you are there don't forget to take some of our beans home to enjoy later.
Wholesale
So you have spent more money on your cafe than you are willing to admit. Countless dollars and hours trying to set yourself apart from the pack, yet you are using the same beans as everyone else. Where's the logic in that.
At Dancing Bean we are willing to wholesale our unique beans to a select group of opperators. If you consider your business one that absolutly prides itself on great coffee and you compete on quality, you would likely qualify as one of our prefered customers.
